Location

The hotel is centrally located above the marina. The beach is only about 400 meters away. Arenal offers a variety of entertainment options with its numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. A bus stop with connections to Palma city is also nearby.

Facilities

The adults-only hotel was renovated in 2018 and features many appealing and modernly designed elements both indoors and outdoors. The 245 accommodation units are spread across 5 floors. Guests benefit from a 24-hour reception, elevators, a buffet restaurant, and a lounge bar. The outdoor area includes a pool area with umbrellas and chairs, as well as a pool bar. There is also a great rooftop terrace with Bali beds (for a fee), a bar, and another small pool (available in the summer season, always weather-dependent).

Due to a new decree from the Balearic Islands government, the serving of alcoholic beverages within the booked all-inclusive board can only be limited and will therefore only be served in a limited number (3 drinks per person/per meal) during lunch and dinner. Beer and table wine are from the dispenser. Any additional orders, even between meals, must be paid for as usual.
An armband is mandatory to use the AI service.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
