The hotel is centrally located in Arenal, just approx. 400 m from the beautiful, fine sandy beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are nearby. The lively centre of Playa de Palma is approx. 1 km away.

Facilities

The hotel has 307 rooms in a total of 4 buildings. It consists of the main building (Blue) and 3 annex buildings (Red, Orange, and Green) located on side streets and no more than 50 m away. The main building offers an air-conditioned and spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lift, and a breakfast restaurant. The annex buildings each have a snack/drink machine on the ground floor and are all equipped with a lift.

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, is payable locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of your stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1 Nov - 30 Apr), the tax is reduced by 75%.
