Location

The hotel is centrally located in Arenal, only approx. 400 m from the beautiful, fine sandy beach. Shops and entertainment venues are nearby. The lively centre of Playa de Palma is about 1 km away.

Facilities

The hotel comprises 307 rooms in a total of 4 buildings. It consists of the main building (blue) and 3 annex buildings (red, orange and green) located in side streets, no more than 50 m away. The main building offers an air-conditioned and spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lift and a breakfast restaurant. The annex buildings each have a snack/drinks machine on the ground floor and all are equipped with a lift.

Additional Note

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
