Located on the inland lake Lago Esperanza. Approximately 300m takes you to the extensive beach of Alcúdia. The town center with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities is just a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop is located about 100m from the hotel.

This family hotel of the VIVA chain consists of a main building and an apartment building, offering 228 junior suites and apartments, a bright lobby with a 24-hour reception, the buffet restaurant "Caprice," the lounge bar "Babalu," and the à la carte restaurant "El Patio." The outdoor area, overlooking the lake, features a redesigned pool landscape for winter 2025/26, surrounded by palm trees and several sun terraces (totaling approx. 2000 sqm). It includes a heated pool, a jacuzzi, and a splash pool. Enjoy refreshing drinks in a relaxed atmosphere at the pool bar "La Palapa" with its seating terrace, where the evening show program also takes place.

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1 - April 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
