Located on the Lago Esperanza inland lake. The extensive Alcúdia beach is about 300m away. The town center with numerous shops and entertainment options is just a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop is located about 100m from the hotel.

This family hotel belonging to the VIVA chain consists of a main building and an apartment building and offers 228 Junior Suites and apartments, a bright lobby with a 24-hour reception, the buffet restaurant "Caprice", the "Babalu" lounge bar, and the à la carte restaurant "El Patio". In the outdoor area overlooking the lake, there is a redesigned pool landscape (renovated in winter 25/26) surrounded by palm trees and several sun terraces (totaling approx. 2000 sq m). It includes a heated pool, a whirlpool, and a splash pool. Enjoy refreshing drinks in a relaxed atmosphere at the "La Palapa" pool bar with its sun terrace, where the evening entertainment program also takes place.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
