Location

The hotel is located in the marina of Alcudia, right by the sea with direct access to the beach. The nearest towns to the hotel are: Alcudia (3 km), Pto Alcudia (200 m) and Sa Pobla (16 km). Close to the hotel, there are bars/restaurants, supermarkets, the city center and a bus stop.

Facilities

The Alcudiamar Marina Residence features 106 rooms spread across 2 floors. For your comfort, the hotel has an elevator, air conditioning, a lounge, a lobby, and a reception. The hotel includes a freshwater pool with a separate children's section. Sun umbrellas and sun loungers are available for a fee at the beach and free of charge at the pool. The hotel offers parking for vehicles (for a fee).
The restaurant spoils our guests with local, seasonal dishes, and the hotel bar is the perfect place to end the day in a cozy atmosphere.

Double Room

These are equipped with a telephone, internet connection (for a fee), TV (German channels), safe, minibar (for a fee), bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, individually controlled air conditioning/heating, and a balcony or terrace (D).

Double Room = Single Room

Same facilities as the double room, for single occupancy (DE).

Suite Sea View

These feature the same facilities and additionally offer a separate massage shower, hydromassage bathtub, a living room (sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person), and a kitchenette with a microwave and side/direct sea view (S2M).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any requests regarding facilities and location. The room allocation is solely at the discretion of the hotelier on-site (SSZ).

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1st - Apr 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
