Location

The hotel is located in the marina of Alcudia, directly on the sea with direct access to the beach. The nearest towns to the hotel are: Alcudia (3 km), Pto Alcudia (200 m) and Sa Pobla (16 km). Bars/restaurants, supermarkets, the city center and a bus stop are located near the hotel.

Facilities

The Alcudiamar Marina Residence has 106 rooms spread over 2 floors. For your comfort, the hotel has an elevator, air conditioning, a lounge, a lobby, and a reception. The hotel has a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available for a fee on the beach and free of charge by the pool. The hotel has parking spaces (for a fee).
The restaurant spoils our guests with local, seasonal dishes and the hotel bar is a great place to end the day.

Double room

These are equipped with telephone, internet access (for a fee), TV (German channels), safe, minibar (for a fee), bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, adjustable air conditioning/heating and balcony or terrace (D).

Double room= Single room

With the same amenities as double rooms for single occupancy (DE).

Sea view suite

These have the same amenities and additionally offer a separate massage shower, a bathtub with hydromassage, a living area (sleeping space for the 3rd person) and a kitchenette with microwave and side/direct sea view (S2M).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any requests regarding amenities and location. The allocation is solely at the discretion of the local hotelier (SSZ).

Additional note

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
