Location

The Aparthotel is located on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia del Río, one of Ibiza's quieter and more authentic towns. Niu Blau beach is only about 800m away, and guests can reach the promenade and bay of Santa Eulalia after about 1km. The well-known Es Canar hippy market is also nearby, only about 3.5km away. The island's capital, Ibiza Town, is about 17km away, and the airport about 24km.

The complex was built in 1974 and last renovated in 2019. It comprises 36 residential units spread across two buildings, each with three floors. In addition to a 24-hour reception with elevators and free Wi-Fi in all areas, the hotel offers a total of four swimming pools, including an adults-only pool for guests seeking tranquility. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool. For culinary delights, there is a restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine, complemented by a pool bar and a terrace bar offering drinks and snacks during the day and evening.

Destination information

A tourist tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
