Niu Blau beach is only about 800m away, and guests can reach the promenade and bay of Santa Eulalia after about 1km. The well-known Es Canar hippy market is also nearby, only about 3.5km away. The island's capital, Ibiza Town, is about 17km away, and the airport about 24km.

The complex was built in 1974 and last renovated in 2019. It comprises 36 residential units spread across two buildings, each with three floors. In addition to a 24-hour reception with elevators and free Wi-Fi in all areas, the hotel offers a total of four swimming pools, including an adults-only pool for guests seeking tranquility. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool.
