Location

On a cliff plateau and directly by the sea. The city beach and the center are about 800 m away. A supermarket is opposite the complex. Regular bus connections to Ibiza town (approx. 16 km) are available.

The family-friendly hotel offers 225 rooms on 3 floors, 7 elevators, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant, a heated indoor pool and a whirlpool. The hotel welcomes its guests in the appealing lobby with reception. In the spacious outdoor area, there is a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool overlooking the sea, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar/snack bar. You can enjoy pure relaxation on the exclusive Adults Only terrace with Balinese beds (for a fee).

Double room

These are equipped with bath/shower/toilet, air conditioning, hairdryer, minibar, telephone, microwave, safe, flat-screen TV and balcony or terrace (D). Room size approx. 29 m². For an extra charge, these can also be booked with a sea view (DM).

Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these additionally have a separate bedroom and are more spacious (S2). Room size approx. 30 m².
Also bookable for an extra charge with a side sea view (2SS), frontal sea view (SMF) or as a Swim Up with access to a communal pool (2SU).
Also bookable as a bargain suite at a reduced price (S2Z, limited availability).

Selected Rooms

Additional Note

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
