Located on a rocky plateau directly by the sea. The town beach and the center are about 800 m away. A supermarket is opposite the complex. Regular bus services to Ibiza town (approx. 16 km) are available.

This family-friendly hotel offers 225 rooms on 3 floors, 7 elevators, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant, a heated indoor pool, and a whirlpool. The hotel welcomes its guests in a pleasant lobby with a reception. The spacious outdoor area features a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, designed towards the sea, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar/snack bar.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these additionally feature a separate bedroom and are more spacious (S2). Room size approx. 30 sq m.
Also bookable at an additional charge with side sea view (2SS) or frontal sea view (SMF).

Double Room

These rooms are equipped with a bath/shower/WC, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini-fridge, telephone, microwave, safe, flat-screen TV, and a balcony or terrace (D). Room size approx. 29 sq m.
At an additional charge, these can also be booked with sea view (DM).

Privilege Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the suites, these are also renovated and offer a private terrace (approx. 20 sq m) with a whirlpool and Bali beds (SPM).

Suite Swim Up

With the same amenities as the suites, these are renovated and can be booked as Swim Up with access to the communal pool (2SU).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Selected Rooms

The Suite Swim Up and the Privilege Suite Sea View are renovated and can also be booked with selected benefits.
These include:

- reserved area on the sun terrace with Bali beds, premium sun loungers, and a selection of drinks

Sports activities from 9 AM to 9 PM, fitness room, indoor pool, sauna, and whirlpool.

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
