Located on a cliff plateau directly by the sea. The town beach and the center are approx. 800 m away. A supermarket is located opposite the complex. Regular bus services to Ibiza Town (approx. 16 km) are available.

The family-friendly hotel offers 225 rooms on 3 floors, 7 elevators, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant, a heated indoor pool, and a whirlpool. The hotel welcomes guests in its attractive lobby with a reception. The spacious outdoor area features a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool overlooking the sea, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool/snackbar. Enjoy pure relaxation on the exclusive adults-only terrace with Balinese beds (for a fee).

Double Room

These are equipped with bath/shower/WC, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini-fridge, telephone, microwave, safe, flat-screen TV, and a balcony or terrace (D). Room size approx. 29 sqm. Rooms with sea view (DM) are also available at an additional charge.

Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these additionally feature a separate bedroom and are more spacious (S2). Room size approx. 30 sqm.
For an additional charge, also available with a side sea view (2SS), frontal sea view (SMF), or as a Swim Up with access to a shared pool (2SU).
Also bookable as a budget suite at a reduced price (S2Z, limited availability).

Selected Rooms

The Swim Up Suite and the Privilege Suite can also be booked with selected benefits.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. Snacks are available from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Afternoon coffee, tea, pastries, and ice cream for children for 1 hour. National beer, house wine, soft drinks, juices, and national spirits are served at the main and pool bars from 10 AM to midnight. Sports from 9 AM to 9 PM, fitness room, indoor pool, sauna, and whirlpool.

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
