Located on a cliff plateau directly by the sea. The town beach and the center are approx. 800 m away. A supermarket is opposite the complex. Regular bus connections to Ibiza town (approx. 16 km) are available.

The family-friendly hotel offers 225 rooms spread across 3 floors, 7 elevators, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant, a heated indoor pool, and a whirlpool. The hotel welcomes its guests in a welcoming lobby with a reception. The spacious outdoor area features a freshwater pool overlooking the sea with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and a pool/snack bar. Enjoy pure relaxation on the exclusive Adults Only terrace with Balinese beds (for a fee).

Double room

These are equipped with bath/shower/WC, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini-fridge, telephone, microwave, safe, flat-screen TV, and a balcony or terrace (D). Room size approx. 29 sq m. Double rooms with sea view (DM) are also available for an extra charge.

Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these additionally feature a separate bedroom and are more spacious (S2). Room size approx. 30 sq m.
For an extra charge, also available with a side sea view (2SS), a frontal sea view (SMF), or as a Swim Up with access to a communal pool (2SU).
Also available as a budget suite at a reduced price (S2Z, limited availability).

Selected Rooms

The Suite Swim Up and the Privilege Suite can also be booked with selected benefits.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served as a buffet. Snacks are available from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM. In the afternoon, enjoy 1 hour of coffee, tea, pastries, and ice cream for children. At the main bar and pool bar, local beer, house wine, soft drinks, juices, and local spirits are available from 10 AM to midnight. Sports activities from 9 AM to 9 PM, fitness room, indoor pool, sauna, and whirlpool.

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
