Location

Modern complex located directly by the sea in a small rocky bay with easy access to the ocean. The sandy beach "Cala Xinxo" is located approx. 400 m from the hotel, and San Antonio town is about 4.5 km away. A bus stop is located 50 m in front of the hotel. In the southwest of Ibiza, there are many beautiful small bathing bays that are easily accessible by boat or local bus. The pine-rich surroundings invite you to go cycling and hiking.

The complex, which opens up towards the sea, consists of 136 rooms in a main building and offers its guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception, an elevator, a buffet restaurant, a bar, and a terrace. Towards the sea, there is a pool with a sun terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas. Spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed with chill-out music on the chill-out terrace, where you can relax on comfortable sofas. A pool bar with a terrace is also available to guests.

Studio

The studios are equipped with a combined living/sleeping room, air conditioning, sofa bed, small kitchenette with refrigerator, TV, telephone, bathroom/WC, hairdryer, fan, and balcony (room size approx. 28 m²). The studios can also be booked with a sea view for an additional charge.

Apartment

Equipped like the studios, but with a combined living/sleeping room with balcony, a pull-out double sofa bed, and a separate bedroom with two beds and a balcony (room size approx. 40 m²). The apartments can also be booked with a sea view (side or direct) for an additional charge.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests 16 years and older.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
