Location

Modern complex located directly on the sea in a small rocky cove with easy access to the water. The sandy beach "Cala Xinxo" is approx. 400 m from the hotel, and San Antonio town is about 4.5 km away. A bus stop is located 50 m in front of the hotel. In the southwest of Ibiza, there are many beautiful small bays that are easily accessible by boat or public bus. The pine-rich surroundings invite you to go on bike tours and hikes.

The complex, which opens towards the sea, has 136 rooms and consists of a main building. It offers its guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lift, a buffet restaurant, a bar, and a terrace. Facing the sea is the pool with a sun terrace, loungers, and umbrellas. Spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed with chill-out music on the chill-out terrace, and guests can relax on comfortable sofas. There is also a pool bar with a terrace available for guests.

Studio

The studios are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area, air conditioning, a sofa bed, a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, TV, telephone, bath/WC, hairdryer, fan, and balcony (room size approx. 28 m²). Studios with sea view are also available for an additional charge.

Apartment

These are equipped like the studios, but with a combined living/sleeping area with a balcony, a pull-out double sofa bed, and a separate bedroom with two beds and a balcony (room size approx. 40 m²). Apartments with sea view (side or direct) are also available for an additional charge.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
