Location

The newly designed Site Hotel is located directly on the fine sandy beach and is only approx. 6 km from Ibiza town. Therefore, it is a suitable accommodation for discerning beach and cultural holidaymakers. Ibiza town is known as a shopping paradise, ideal for a stroll along the harbour or for immersing yourself in various culinary worlds. Further small shops and bars are in the immediate vicinity, and for party guests, a nightclub is located approx. 300 m from the hotel. The following attractions are accessible from the hotel: Las Salinas (approx. 7 km), Hippy Market Las Dalias (approx. 25 km) and Dalt Vila (approx. 6 km). For mobility during your holiday, in addition to a rental car service, there is also a taxi stand (directly at the property) and a bus stop (approx. 20 m away). The airport (IBZ) is approx. 4 km away.

The hotel, furnished with 461 elegant rooms with boho-style details, has been completely renovated. The rooms are spread across the main building and 6 other outbuildings. It offers its guests a reception, a lobby with a bar, a total of 7 elevators, air conditioning, and a sky bar with a beautiful view of the island and the sea. For your culinary enjoyment, there are 5 restaurants, including the main restaurant with an all-day dining concept, a beach club restaurant, the "Tatel" and a sky lounge restaurant. A lobby bar, pool bar, and the sky lounge bar are available for a sundowner in the evening. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for hotel guests. The outdoor area of the hotel includes 3 pools.

Deluxe Superior Double Room Sea View

The Deluxe Superior Rooms, furnished in an elegant Mediterranean style, offer a magnificent sea view and are equipped with twin beds, seating area, capsule coffee machine (for a fee), kettle, minibar (for a fee), balcony, internet and safe (possibly for a fee), as well as centrally controlled air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool bathtub (size: 40 m², 2DQ). Optionally bookable with additional contingents (UD2/D2U).

Premium Deluxe Double Room

The bright and modern Premium Deluxe Rooms with soft earth tones feature a king-size bed or twin beds, a furnished balcony or terrace, a flat-screen TV, minibar (for a fee), and a bathroom with a shower (approx. 33m², P2D). Optionally bookable with additional contingents as type A or B (DDA/DDB).

Junior Suite Sea View

The spacious and comfortable Junior Suite with sea view offers a twin bed, balcony or terrace, TV, air conditioning, sofa bed, and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower and double sink (approx. 43m², J2M). Optionally bookable with additional contingents as type A or I (JMA/JMI).

Terra Junior Suite

The high-quality furnished Terra Junior Suite without sea view is located near the pool, features a balcony or terrace, a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool bathtub, and is equipped with similar amenities as the Junior Suite Sea View (approx. 43m², JS2). Further contingents available as type I (JI) or as Economy Junior Suite Terra (JSS).

The Solstice Junior Suite has a similar size and amenities to the Terra Junior Suite, offers either a king-size or twin bed, a furnished balcony or terrace, and a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool bathtub. The bright and light-filled decor allows the sun's rays to stream in, enhancing the holiday feeling (approx. 43m², J2A). Further contingents bookable as type A or B (J2B/JSC).

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, is payable locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
