Location

The newly redesigned Site Hotel is located directly on the fine sandy beach, just about 6 km from Ibiza Town. It is therefore a suitable accommodation for discerning beach and culture holidaymakers. Ibiza Town is known as a shopping paradise, offering a stroll along the harbor or a chance to immerse yourself in various culinary worlds. Other small shops and bars are in the immediate vicinity, and for party-goers, a discotheque is located about 300 m from the hotel. The following attractions are accessible from the hotel: Las Salinas (approx. 7 km), Hippy Market Las Dalias (approx. 25 km), and Dalt Vila (approx. 6 km). For mobility during your holiday, in addition to car rental, there is a taxi stand (directly at the hotel) and a bus stop (approx. 20 m away). The airport (IBZ) is about 4 km away.

The hotel, decorated with 461 elegant rooms featuring boho-style details, has been completely renovated. The rooms are spread across the main building and 6 other annex buildings. It offers its guests a reception, a lobby with a bar, a total of 7 elevators, air conditioning, and a sky bar with a beautiful view over the island and the sea. For culinary delights, there are 5 restaurants, including the main restaurant with an all-day dining concept, a beach club restaurant, the "Tatel", and a sky lounge restaurant. A lobby bar, pool bar, and the sky lounge bar are available for a sundowner in the evening. Wi-Fi is available to hotel guests free of charge. The outdoor area of the hotel includes 3 pools.

Deluxe Superior Double Room Sea View

The Deluxe Superior rooms, decorated in an elegant Mediterranean style, offer a magnificent sea view and are equipped with twin beds, seating area, capsule coffee machine (for a fee), kettle, minibar (for a fee), balcony, internet and safe (possibly for a fee), as well as central air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bath (Size: 40 sqm, 2DQ). Can also be booked with additional quotas (UD2/D2U).

Premium Deluxe Double Room

The bright and modern Premium Deluxe rooms in soft earth tones feature a king-size bed or twin beds, a furnished balcony or terrace, a flat-screen TV, minibar (for a fee), and a bathroom with a shower (approx. 33 sqm, P2D). Can also be booked with additional quotas as type A or B (DDA/DDB).

Junior Suite Sea View

The spacious and comfortable Junior Suite with sea view offers a twin bed, balcony or terrace, TV, air conditioning, sofa bed, and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower and double sink (approx. 43 sqm, J2M). Can also be booked with additional quotas as type A or I (JMA/JMI).

Terra Junior Suite

The high-quality furnished Terra Junior Suite without sea view is located near the pool, has a balcony or terrace, and a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool bath, and is equipped with similar amenities as the Junior Suite Sea View (approx. 43 sqm, JS2). Further quotas available under type I (JI) or as a Saver Terra Junior Suite (JSS).

The Solstice Junior Suite has a similar size and equipment to the Terra Junior Suite, offers either a king-size or twin bed, furnished balcony or terrace, and a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool bath. The bright and light-filled interior allows the sun's rays to stream in and further enhance the holiday feeling (approx. 43 sqm, J2A). Further quotas can be booked as type A or B (J2B/JSC).

Additional Information

A tourist tax, comparable to a city tax, is to be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
