The renovated hotel of the Pestana hotel chain features a total of 112 spacious and modernly furnished units spread over 9 floors. Due to its exclusive and original architectural design, which combines modernity and tradition, all rooms offer a breathtaking view of the sea, gardens, or cliffs. Facilities include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, lobby with seating areas, a game/common room, and a TV lounge. The "Flor Do Mar" restaurant with a terrace is located in the modern main building, where breakfast and dinner are served in buffet form. The "Vila Lido" restaurant and bar is located in the former country house, where you can sample famous national and international à-la-carte cuisine. In the well-kept outdoor area with garden, there is a sun terrace, freshwater swimming pool, pool/snack bar, and direct access to the sea. Sun loungers and parasols are available to hotel guests at the pool area free of charge.

The renovated double rooms with sea view are approx. 41 m² and feature a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer, two single beds, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, cable TV (with radio function), minibar (filled upon arrival with water and soft drinks/refilled daily free of charge), and a furnished balcony with a direct sea view (DM). Also bookable for single occupancy (DEM).

Double room upper floors Superior sea view

The renovated double rooms on the upper floors with Superior sea view feature the same facilities as the double rooms with sea view but are located on the higher floors (between the 4th and 8th floor). In addition, guests in this room category receive the following amenities: minibar refilled daily (2 bottles of water, 2 soft drinks), daily replenishment of coffee and tea-making supplies, and a culinary welcome gift in the room upon arrival. Suite Superior side sea view

The renovated suite with side sea view is approx. 68 m² and, with the same facilities as the double rooms with sea view, features a living room/bedroom with a sofa bed and a double bed. The suites are located on the sides of the building between the 4th and 8th floor (SW2).

Suite Superior sea view (FNCA63)

The Superior Suite sea view offers approx. 68 m² of space and is located on the 8th floor. It is equipped with a double bed, sofa bed, air conditioning, safe, telephone, TV, shower/WC, and balcony (SUM, SC).

Family Suite Superior sea view (FNCA63)

These correspond to the Superior Suite sea view but offer space for up to 4 people (2FU, 2FI).

Directions from Funchal Airport (FNC):
Leave the airport and take the expressway towards Funchal. Follow the road (through several tunnels) for about 16 km. Exit at the sign for Hospital Funchal (left lane). Turn left here and then continue straight ahead towards the sea. You will pass the Rapsol gas station (on the right side). When you reach the roundabout, you will see the hospital on the right side. Take the second exit and follow the road downhill. Cross the bridge, keep in the left lane (street name: Estrada Monumental), and continue straight ahead. You will pass the VIDA MAR hotel. Just before the FOUR-VIEWs Lido hotel, turn left. Then turn right (downhill). On the left side, you will see the Pestana Vila Lido hotel.
