The Pestana Vila Lido Madeira hotel occupies an impressive location on a cliff directly by the sea on the outskirts of Funchal, just a 25-minute walk from the city center. Restaurants, bars, and shopping and entertainment venues are located in the vicinity of the hotel. A bus stop is 100 meters away. Funchal International Airport is approximately 23 km from the hotel.

The renovated hotel, part of the Pestana chain, features a total of 112 spacious and modernly furnished units spread over 9 floors. Thanks to its exclusive and original architecture, which combines modernity and tradition, all rooms offer breathtaking views of the sea, the gardens, or the cliffs. Facilities include a reception area with 24-hour reception, a lobby with seating areas, a game/common room, and a TV lounge. The "Flor Do Mar" restaurant with a terrace is located in the modern main building, where breakfast and dinner are served in buffet form. The "Vila Lido" restaurant and bar, on the other hand, is housed in a former country house, where famous national and international à-la-carte cuisine can be sampled. The well-maintained outdoor area with a garden features a sun terrace, a freshwater swimming pool, a pool/snack bar, and direct access to the sea. Sun loungers and parasols are available to hotel guests at the pool area free of charge.

Double room with sea view

The renovated double rooms with sea view are approx. 41 m² and feature a bathroom with shower, WC, and hairdryer, two single beds, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, cable TV (with radio function), minibar (stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival/refilled daily free of charge), and a furnished balcony with a direct sea view (DM). Also available for single use (DEM).

Double room upper floors Superior sea view

The renovated double rooms on the upper floors with superior sea view offer the same facilities as the double rooms with sea view but are located on the higher floors (between the 4th and 8th floor). In addition, guests in this room category receive the following amenities: daily refilled minibar (2 bottles of water, 2 soft drinks), and daily replenishment of coffee and tea-making facilities (DMU).

Suite Superior partial sea view

The renovated suite with partial sea view is approx. 68 m² and offers the same facilities as the double rooms with sea view, plus a living/sleeping room with a sofa bed and a double bed. The suites are located on the sides of the building between the 4th and 8th floor (SW2).
(Also bookable under FNCA63 with SU2, SUI and as a Family Suite Superior partial sea view, accommodating up to 4 people (2FF, 2FS).)

Suite Superior sea view (FNCA63)

The Superior Suite with sea view offers approx. 68 m² of space and is located on the 8th floor. It is equipped with a double bed, sofa bed, air conditioning, safe, telephone, TV, shower/WC, and balcony (SUM, SC).

Family Suite Superior sea view (FNCA63)

These correspond to the Superior Suite with sea view but offer space for up to 4 people (2FU, 2FI).
