Location

Quietly located on the hillside, above Funchal with wonderful views over the city, the sea and the surrounding mountains. The center of Funchal with numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities is about 3 km away. A public bus connection/stop is located opposite the hotel. The airport is about 22 km away.

Well-maintained and appealing comfort hotel of the upper-middle class with stylish furnishings. The complex has a total of 164 rooms, spread over 2 buildings. Double Room

The double rooms (partially renovated) have a bath/WC, hairdryer, balcony, air conditioning, heating, telephone, cable TV, minibar, Wi-Fi (included) and a safe (for a fee) as well as laminate flooring (D). Double rooms with a side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM) can be booked for an additional charge. The rooms with direct sea view (DM) are also slightly larger.
Also bookable as a double room for single use (DE) or double room for single use with sea view (DEM) for an additional charge.
Additionally bookable as double room type I with side sea view (DIS), but with limited availability, at a special price and exclusively with half board or half board plus.

Double Room Superior Sea View

The double rooms superior sea view (DMU) are renovated and have the same amenities as the double rooms sea view, are located in the new extension, on the 2nd-3rd floor, have a shower or bath and a large balcony. When booking half board, an à la carte menu is included per stay at no extra charge.
In Winter 24/25 also bookable as double room superior sea view type A (DAS).
From Winter 25/26 also bookable as double room superior sea view type O (UMO) at a special price.
