Location

The small, privately run country house is located above Calheta at an altitude of approx. 500 m. Several levada hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The beach and the center of Calheta are about 3 km away.

The charming, German-speaking managed hotel is family-friendly and consists of 5 buildings. It only has 22 individually designed rooms, a reception with hiking literature, a cozy restaurant serving homemade specialties, a bar with a fireplace and library (Wi-Fi included throughout the house), a sauna and a terrace overlooking the approximately 12,000 m² flower, vegetable and herb garden, which contains a saltwater pool with loungers and umbrellas (included).
