The hotel is located directly by the sea in Caniço de Baixo. It is separated from the rocky coastline only by the seaside promenade (direct access from the pool area). Numerous entertainment and shopping options are nearby. It is approx. 3 km to Caniço and Funchal is about 14 km away. Local bus connections are available in front of the hotel.

Double Room Side Sea View

The spacious double rooms with side sea view (approx. 20 m²) feature a shower, WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, Wi-Fi (included), minibar, rental safe, electric kettle, as well as a balcony with side sea view.
Double rooms with sea view (DM) are available for an extra charge (these rooms all feature a balcony).
Each can also be booked for single occupancy for an extra charge (DES, DEM).
Also available to book as a Young Traveller Room (YTR) for guests aged 18 to 19. Available for summer 26 and winter 26/27.
From winter 25/26, also available as Double Room Side Sea View Type O (SDO) or Double Room Sea View Type O (DMO).

Double Room Superior Sea View

Located on the 1st-2nd floor, the Superior Double Rooms with sea view (approx. 25 m²) have the same amenities as the double rooms with balcony, offer a direct sea view, a sofa bed for a 3rd person, toiletries in the bathroom (bathtub and shower), bathrobe, and free internet access (Wi-Fi). In addition, guests in this room category have pre-reserved loungers at the pool and exclusive access to the new lounge. In winter 25/26, also bookable as Superior Double Room for single occupancy (DME).
When booking at least 7 nights, 1x tea time with herbs from the hotel's own herb garden is included per person/stay.
Additionally included: Free use of the lounge on the 2nd floor of the hotel with sofas, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, daily international newspapers (digital), magazines, books, 1 computer with printer, coffee and tea machine, and local non-alcoholic drinks, as well as 2 dinners per week in the à-la-carte restaurant when booking half-board.

Studio Sea View

The Studios with sea view (SM2) have the same amenities as the standard double rooms but additionally feature a kitchenette, sea view, and are approx. 25 m² in size.
From winter 25/26, additionally bookable as Studio Sea View Type O (SOM).

Apartment Sea View

The Apartments with sea view (2AM) feature a combined living/bedroom with sofa bed, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, and sea view; otherwise equipped like the Double Rooms Side Sea View, with a room size of approx. 34 m².

Double Room Sea View Type I

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view, these offer a special price and limited availability. The Double Rooms Sea View Type I can only be booked with half-board (Bookable in winter 24/25). Room size approx. 17-20 m². Bookable for summer 26 and winter 26/27.

Studio (FNCA07)

With otherwise similar amenities to the Studios with Sea View, these offer ONLY side sea view (S12/S11/K12).

Junior Suite Sea View (FNCA07)

These spacious Junior Suites offer more space with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, a small kitchenette, a living/bedroom, and a separate bedroom (JMA/J1M/J2M/J3M). Room size approx. 34 m².

Family Room (FNCA07)

The Family Rooms (DF3, DF4) are similar in amenities to the Junior Suites, also offer a kitchenette and a separate bedroom, but are larger at approx. 57 m².
