Completely renovated in 2022, the hotel has a total of 104 residential units spread over 8 floors and connects to the associated neighboring Hotel Rocamar. Facilities include a reception, elevator, lounge, and indoor pool (heatable). The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool (not heated), a sun terrace (sunbeds and 1 towel per person/stay are included), and direct access to the sea (steps).
