The hotel, completely renovated in 2022, has a total of 104 accommodation units, spread over 8 floors, and is connected to the neighboring Rocamar hotel. Facilities include a reception, elevator, lounge, and indoor pool (heated). The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool (unheated), a sun terrace (sun loungers and 1 towel per person/stay are included), and direct access to the sea (steps).

The renovated studios feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchenette (hot plates, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and standard crockery, pots, microwave etc.), air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, and a safety deposit box (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included) and are located on the land side (U2S). Also bookable as a studio for single use (U1S). Studio Superior sea view (with balcony or terrace) bookable for an extra charge (UT2).
