The hotel, designed with traditional Madeiran architecture and modern design, opened its doors in early October 2024. The new and bright facilities include 366 rooms, a 24-hour reception with a lobby, 3 swimming pools (including a children's pool and an adults-only pool), and a natural swimming pool, various restaurants, pool bars, an outdoor cinema & sports bar, a lobby bar, a cafeteria, and an ice cream parlor.

The Double Rooms (approx. 29 m²) are elegantly and modernly furnished. They feature a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe, and slippers, a king-size bed or two twin beds, a sofa bed, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (soft drinks, water, beer), kettle, and a furnished balcony (D). Apartment Marina View (FNCA87)

The Marina View Apartments (approx. 59 m²) have a bedroom with a double bed or two twin beds, a full bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, a kitchenette with an oven, ceramic hob, sink, and refrigerator, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (soft drinks, water, beer), kettle, and a furnished balcony with views of the marina (2AM/APM/3AM/1AM).

Preferred Club Family Room

The Preferred Club Family Rooms with 2 bedrooms and resort view (approx. 87 m²) have two separate bedrooms and a living room. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room includes a double sofa bed and a TV with a PlayStation, telephone, safe, minibar (soft drinks, water, beer), kettle, and a furnished balcony with garden views (FAB).

The spacious Preferred Club Suites (approx. 45 m²) offer ample space as these rooms are spread over two floors. The Junior Suites are approx. 59 m² and, with otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms, include a living room with a double sofa bed (JS2).
