The hotel, designed with traditional Madeiran architecture and modern style, opened its doors at the beginning of October 2024. The new and bright facilities include 366 rooms, a 24-hour reception with a lobby, 3 swimming pools (including a children's pool and an adults-only pool) as well as a natural swimming pool, various restaurants, pool bars, an outdoor cinema & sports bar, a lobby bar, a cafeteria, and an ice cream parlor.

Double rooms with garden view (approx. 29 m²) are elegantly and modernly furnished. Double room garden view Adults Only

With the same amenities as the double rooms with garden view, but slightly larger (approx. 35 m²), these rooms offer a complete bathroom with a separate bathtub and rain shower, and a balcony with a table and chairs. The rooms are located in an exclusive area for adults only, with its own bar and its own pool (GDA). Also bookable for single use (1GA). Also available as double room with frontal sea view Adults Only (OM2/OM1).

With the same amenities as the double rooms with garden view, but larger (approx. 58 m²). There is a bedroom with a king-size or two single beds and a living room with a double sofa bed (F2G). Also bookable as a family room with frontal sea view (F2Z).

Apartment Marina View

The Marina View apartments (approx. 59 m²) feature a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a full bathroom with shower, hairdryer, a kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, sink, and refrigerator, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (soft drinks, water, beer), kettle, and a furnished balcony with a view of the marina (MV2).

Family room Deluxe garden view

The Deluxe Family Rooms with garden view are the largest rooms in the hotel (approx. 87 m²). They feature two separate bedrooms and a living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, a TV, and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room, you will find a double sofa bed and a TV with a PlayStation, telephone, safe, minibar (soft drinks, water, beer), kettle, and a furnished balcony with a garden view (2DF). Bookable in Summer 2025.
Additionally bookable for an extra charge in Summer 25 and Winter 25/26 as a Preferred Club Family Room with 2 bedrooms and resort view (FAB).

Double room Preferred Club Deluxe frontal sea view

These rooms (approx. 43 m²) offer, with the same amenities as the Preferred Club double rooms with garden view, a large, comfortable space with a king-size bed or two single beds, a full bathroom with shower, and a balcony with spectacular sea views (PCO). Also bookable for single use (PCH).

Double room Preferred Club Swim Up

Preferred Club Swim Up double rooms with direct pool access (approx. 30 m²) offer, with similar amenities to the Preferred Club double rooms with garden view, a private terrace with direct access to the pool (shared pool). These rooms are only bookable for adult guests and children aged 6 and above (PRV). Please note that your booked room has direct access to the shared pool and there is no lifeguard on duty.
When booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision. Bookable in Summer 2025.
