Location

The luxurious 5-star hotel, whose name and decor evoke the golden age of sugarcane production, is very modern and equipped with natural materials. It has a total of 243 rooms and suites, a large lobby with reception, conference rooms, an indoor pool (on the 8th floor), a private lounge (for guests of the Suite Saccharum Premium Experience and SPE DZ Sea View), 5 bars, a buffet restaurant ('Engenho') and two à la carte restaurants ('Alambique' and 'Trapiche'). Outdoors, there is the spectacular infinity pool (sun loungers and umbrellas are subject to a fee) with breathtaking sea views, as well as a separate children's pool. On the 2nd floor, a second pool (adults only, sun loungers free of charge) is available. The hotel also houses the Sugarcane Museum (gallery).

The Double Rooms Side Sea View (approx. 32 m²) are generously and modernly equipped, featuring a bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, telephone, TV, minibar (for a fee), safe (free of charge), bathrobe, slippers, tea/coffee maker, and a balcony with side sea view (DMS). Also available as Double Room Side Sea View Type A (AMS/XES) and for single occupancy (DES) (different prices and availability, no difference in equipment). Double Room Sea View (DM) and Double Room Sea View Type A (DMA) are bookable for an extra charge (different prices and availability, no difference in equipment). Also bookable as Double Room Sea View for single occupancy (DEM, AME).

Double Room Sea View Type I

The Double Rooms Sea View Type I have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View but are only bookable with breakfast. Also bookable for single occupancy (EMI). Also bookable as Double Room Side Sea View with breakfast (DIS).

SPE Double Room Sea View

The SPE Double Rooms Sea View (2PM) are equipped like the Double Rooms Sea View, are located on the higher floors, and additionally offer the Savoy Premium Experience Service (more information under the section Seasonal Information).

Suite

The Suites have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, are significantly larger (40m²), and feature a living area with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom (separated by a curtain or door), and a balcony with atrium view (S2). Side sea view (MS2) or direct sea view (S2M) are bookable for an extra charge.

SPE Pool Suite Sea View

The SPE Pool Suite Sea View (approx. 80 m²) has the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but is more spacious, features 2 balconies (one with a small pool), a hydromassage bathtub, and a shower. Additionally, the Savoy Premium Experience Service is included (more information under the section Seasonal Information) (PS2). These rooms are only bookable for adult guests and children aged 6 years and above. Please note that your booked room has a private pool and there is no separate swimming supervision. If booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision.

Breakfast and dinner in buffet form.
With full board (FB), lunch is served at the Trapiche Restaurant (à la carte).
If you wish to have dinner in an à la carte restaurant (unlimited possibilities, but requires advance reservation), a discount is offered.
