Location

Situated on cliffs, the complex is located in a rural setting between the small fishing village of Burgau (approx. 1.5 km) with a bathing bay and the quiet town of Praia da Luz (approx. 3.5 km) with a fine sandy beach. The historic city of Lagos is approx. 10 km away. There is a bus stop nearby. It is approximately 95 km to Faro Airport.

The popular Hotel Quinta do Mar da Luz is characterized by its quiet and idyllic atmosphere. The 92 individually furnished rooms are spread across a main building and several bungalows within the garden area. Facilities include a reception (not staffed around the clock), a bar, lounge areas, and a panoramic terrace with 3 swimming pools (parasols, sun loungers, and cushions in the pool area included).

Studio

The studios feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, combined living room/bedroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), rental safe, kitchenette (including stove, coffee machine, toaster, small refrigerator, pots, cutlery, glasses, and electric kettle), and a furnished terrace.

Apartment

The apartments (1 bedroom) have the same facilities as the studios, but feature a living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a kitchenette. 2-bedroom apartments (two separate bedrooms) can be booked for an extra charge. Sea-view apartments (1 bedroom) can be booked for an extra charge.
(Can be booked under FAOA28 with A12/A11 and sea view with 2AM/ABE).

Double room

The double rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, rental safe (for a fee), electric kettle, and a furnished balcony or furnished terrace. Only bookable with breakfast board basis.
(Also bookable for single occupancy (E) under FAOA28).

Junior Suite

With otherwise the same facilities as the double rooms, the junior suites are more spacious.

Suite

The suites offer the same facilities as the apartments (1 bedroom), but are approx. 10 m² larger.

Apartment 2 bedrooms (FAOA28)

The apartments (A22/22B/A2A) provide space for up to 4 people and are equipped with two bedrooms as well as a kitchenette and a bathroom.
