The family-friendly Golden Club Cabanas hotel is located in the heart of the vast 'Ria Formosa' nature reserve, near the fishing village of Cabanas. The hotel's own complimentary shuttle boat will take you through the picturesque lagoon landscape to the offshore bathing island with its stunning beach. Shops, bars, and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes' walk along the beautifully landscaped waterfront promenade in the small former fishing village of Cabanas. The city center of Tavira is approx. 6 km away and Faro Airport is approx. 50 km away.

The extensive village-style hotel complex, consisting of a main building and several residential buildings with a total of 157 units, offers a 24-hour reception with a lobby area, 2 swimming pools with sun terraces, and sunbathing areas (sun loungers and umbrellas at the pool included). The main restaurant 'Amarelo' offers homemade, healthy, and regional dishes. The snack/pool bar 'A Vela' (summer only) offers refreshing drinks and snacks at lunchtime from 10 am. The 'Ria' café (mid-October to mid-May) offers delicious cocktails and light snacks with a wonderful view of the nature reserve.

The friendly and simply furnished studios are located in the eastern part and feature a combined living/sleeping room with two single beds and a sofa bed or extra bed, a dining area, a bathroom/WC with a bathtub or shower, air conditioning, heating, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, basic cooking utensils, plates, cups, and cutlery, as well as a furnished balcony (S2B)

Studio Plus Sunrise

With the same facilities as the Sunrise studios, the Studios Plus Sunrise are more spacious and feature a furnished balcony or terrace (CST)

Studio Superior Sunset

The spacious and modern studios are located in the western part and consist of a combined living/sleeping room with high-quality furnishings, a bathroom with a bathtub/WC, air conditioning, heating, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, basic cooking utensils, plates, cups, and cutlery, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (2AT).

These comfortable and spacious apartments are located in the quiet western part of the hotel.
