Location

The family-friendly hotel Golden Club Cabanas is located in the middle of the vast nature reserve 'Ria Formosa' and close to the fishing village of Cabanas. The hotel's own free shuttle boat takes you through the picturesque lagoon landscape to the offshore bathing island with a dreamlike beach. Shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away along the beautifully landscaped promenade in the small former fishing village of Cabanas. The center of Tavira is about 6 km away and Faro Airport is about 50 km away.

The spacious village-style hotel complex, consisting of a main building and several residential buildings with a total of 157 rooms, offers a 24-hour reception with a lobby, 2 swimming pools with sun terraces, sunbathing lawns (sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool included). The main restaurant 'Amarelo' offers homemade, healthy and regional dishes. The snack/pool bar 'A Vela' (summer only) offers refreshing drinks and snacks from 10 am. The café 'Ria' (mid-October to mid-May) offers delicious cocktails and small snacks with a wonderful view of the nature reserve.

With the same amenities as the Studio Sunrise, the Studio Plus Sunrise are more spacious and have a furnished balcony or terrace (CST)

Studio Superior Sunset

The spacious and modernly furnished studios are located in the western part and consist of a combined living/sleeping area with upscale amenities, a bathroom with bathtub/WC, air conditioning, heating, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a stove with two burners, microwave, kettle, toaster, basic cooking utensils, plates, cups and cutlery, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (2AT).
