The Pestana Alvor Beach Villas are part of the Pestana Dom Joao II Beach & Golf Resort, located directly on the light sandy beach "Praia de Alvor", and were largely renovated in 2024/2025. The town center is only approx. 1 km away. Further shopping and entertainment facilities can be found in the port city of Portimao, about 7 km away. Faro International Airport is approx. 70 km away.

The 2-bedroom villas have the same amenities as the 1-bedroom villas but with an additional bathroom and are more spacious, approx. 54 sqm, and feature two separate bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds (V22).

Villa (3 Bedrooms)

The 3-bedroom villas have the same amenities as the 1-bedroom villas and are more spacious, approx. 100 sqm, and feature three separate bedrooms with single or double beds (V3).

The renovated 2-bedroom Superior Villas are approx. 69 sqm and, with the same amenities as the 1-bedroom villas, feature 2 separate bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (2VE).

Villa Premium (2 Bedrooms)

The Premium Villas have the same amenities as the Superior Villas (2 Bedrooms) and are more spacious, approx. 89 sqm (2VP).
