Location

The Hotel Harfenwirt is situated in a beautiful panoramic location at approx. 828 m altitude and about 800 m from the town center with shopping facilities. For those who want to enjoy the scenic beauty of the region during active hikes, a well-developed network of trails with a total length of around 40 km, including the popular Auenweg trail directly at the house, is available. Further excursion destinations in summer include the public outdoor swimming pool Wildschönau Oberau (approx. 3 km), Markbachjochbahn (approx. 700 m) or a summer toboggan run at approx. 3 km distance.

Facilities

The family-friendly 3-star Hotel Harfenwirt offers, in addition to a total of 90 living units, a reception area, a reception, an indoor pool and a terrace that is also open in winter. The accommodation consists of a main building and an annex building, with the main and annex buildings being separate and approx. 200 m apart. For culinary delights, an à la carte restaurant and a public bar are available directly in the hotel, as well as the lounge "Bauernstube". The hotel's wellness area with sauna, steam bath and indoor pool offers pure relaxation. Guests can use Wi-Fi in their rooms free of charge.

The comfortable rooms in the annex building (approx. 200 m from the main building) have satellite TV, telephone, shower or bathtub, toilet and hairdryer. The sleeping arrangements include a double bed and a single sofa bed. The average room size is approx. 18 m² (DNH).

Double room 1 extra bed

This double room category is located in the main building of the hotel, is slightly more spacious and also has a balcony. Otherwise, it is equipped similarly to the double rooms in the annex building (approx. 20m², Z1D).

Comfort double room

The comfort rooms, furnished with traditional wooden elements, are even more spacious and otherwise offer the same location and amenities as the double rooms in the main building (approx. 32m², DA).

Single room

The single rooms located in the main building have a single bed, satellite TV, telephone, radio, shower or bathtub, toilet, hairdryer and a balcony (approx. 15m², E).
