Location

The charming town of Fügen in the beautiful Zillertal valley is particularly impressive due to its diverse leisure options. In addition, traditional Fügen offers cozy bars and an impressive mountain backdrop. In the Stadtgalerien Schwaz shopping center (approx. 19 km away), you will find almost everything your heart desires. Furthermore, several interesting day-trip destinations await your visit in the surroundings of Fügen. Particularly recommended are Innsbruck (approx. 50 km away), Tratzberg Castle (approx. 14.2 km away), or the local Heritage Museum and the Erlebnistherme Zillertal thermal spa. As soon as the first snowflakes fall, Fügen reveals its wintry splendor. Skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowbiking are just a few of the activities you can use to pass the time. The snow-covered landscape is especially wonderful to admire during a cozy horse-drawn carriage ride or on a ski tour. Tobogganing on the run is also a special kind of fun. The Hintertux Glacier is approx. 42.5 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly 4-star superior Gartenhotel Crystal, partially renovated in 2021, offers a total of 92 residential units, an inviting lobby with seating, a reception, a lounge, a wine cellar, an e-bike charging station, an e-car charging station, as well as drying cabinets for hiking and cycling gear. Be pampered culinarily in the breakfast room, the à-la-carte restaurant, an additional restaurant, and a cozy parlor (Stüberl). You can end an eventful vacation day in a social atmosphere at the hotel bar or at the public bar located about 300 m away. A terrace and a garden are also available for relaxation. Cyclists can use the hotel's own bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
For your winter sports equipment in winter, there is a ski and snowboard storage room accessible from the hotel, as well as a heated ski boot room with a ski boot dryer.

Double room

The rooms ("Blütentraum", approx. 24m²) feature a flat-screen TV, telephone, radio, shower or bathtub, WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, and a balcony. The rooms consist of a bedroom with a queen-size bed (140x200cm). Occupancy: Min.: 2 adults. Max.: 2 adults (D).

Double room Type A (from Summer 26)

The rooms ("Alpenveilchen", approx. 29m²) are similar in amenities to the "Blütentraum" double rooms, but are slightly larger and partly have a balcony (DA).

Suite

The comfortable "Zirbensuite" suites (S2, approx. 34 m²) feature a flat-screen TV, telephone, radio, seating area, shower or bathtub, partly separate WC, hairdryer, and vanity mirror, and some have a balcony. The rooms consist of a bedroom with a king-size bed (140x200cm).

Family Suite (from Summer 26)

The family suites ("Sonnenblumensuite", approx. 36m²) are similar in amenities to the Zirbensuite but offer a separable living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed (2FS).

Board begins on the arrival day with dinner and ends on the departure day with breakfast.
Welcome drink, daily breakfast buffet, daily afternoon snack from 2:30 PM–4:30 PM with cold and hot dishes, 5-course dinner menu of your choice with salad buffet including vegetarian recommendations and regional specialties, gluten-free products and dietary cuisine available upon request (advance reservation required), apples for free consumption and seasonal fruit in the lounge.

Seasonal information

Especially in winter: Ski Optimal-Hochzillertal ski area: This winter sports area, particularly popular with families, with its wide slopes, extends to a snow-sure altitude, is suitable for winter sports enthusiasts of all age groups, and features practice lifts for beginners, a race track, and various snow-making systems. When the floodlights are switched on, the slope can also be beautifully skied at night. Of course, after a long day of skiing, there are also various opportunities for sophisticated après-ski. A toboggan run also promises lots of fun.
