Location

The charming village of Fügen in the beautiful Zillertal valley is particularly impressive due to its diverse range of activities. Traditional Fügen also offers cozy bars and an impressive mountain backdrop. In the Stadtgalerien Schwaz shopping center (approx. 19 km away), you will find almost everything your heart desires. In addition, several interesting day-trip destinations await your visit in the surroundings of Fügen. Highly recommended are Innsbruck (approx. 50 km away), Tratzberg Castle (approx. 14.2 km away), or the local heritage museum and the Erlebnistherme Zillertal thermal spa. As soon as the first snowflakes fall, Fügen reveals its winter splendor. Skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowbiking are just a few of the activities you can enjoy. The snow-covered landscape is best admired on a leisurely carriage ride or a ski tour. Tobogganing on the run is also a special pleasure. The Hintertux Glacier is approx. 42.5 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly 4-star superior Gartenhotel Crystal, partially renovated in 2021, offers a total of 92 units, a welcoming lobby with seating, a reception, a lounge, a wine cellar, an e-bike charging station, an e-car charging station, and drying cabinets for hiking and cycling clothing. Be pampered with culinary delights in the breakfast room, the à-la-carte restaurant, an additional restaurant, and a cozy "Stüberl". You can end an eventful day of vacation in a convivial atmosphere at the hotel bar or at the public bar located about 300 m away. A terrace and a garden are also available for relaxation. Cyclists can use the hotel's own bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
For your winter sports equipment, there is a ski and snowboard storage room accessible directly from the building, as well as a heated ski boot room with a ski boot dryer.

Double room

The rooms (Blütentraum, approx. 24m²) feature a flat-screen TV, telephone, radio, shower or bathtub, WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and a balcony. The rooms consist of a bedroom with a queen-size bed (140x200cm). Occupancy: Min.: 2 adults. Max.: 2 adults (D).

Double room Type A (from Summer 26)

The rooms (Alpenveilchen, approx. 29m²) are similar in design to the Blütentraum double rooms, but are slightly larger and some feature a balcony (DA).

Suite

The comfortable "Zirbensuite" suites (S2, approx. 34 m²) feature a flat-screen TV, telephone, radio, seating area, shower or bathtub, some with a separate WC, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror, and some have a balcony. The rooms consist of a bedroom with a king-size bed (140x200cm).

Family suite (from Summer 26)

The family suites (Sonnenblumensuite, approx. 36m²) are similar in design to the Zirbensuite, but offer a separable living area with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed (2FS).

Boarding begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Welcome drink, daily buffet breakfast, daily afternoon snack from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM with cold and hot dishes, 5-course evening menu with salad buffet, including vegetarian options and regional specialties, gluten-free products and diet cuisine available on request (advance booking required), apples for free consumption and seasonal fruit in the lounge.

Especially in winter: Ski Optimal-Hochzillertal ski resort: This winter sports area, which is particularly popular with families, with its wide slopes extends to a snow-sure altitude, is suitable for winter sports enthusiasts of all ages, and features practice lifts for beginners, a race track, and various snow-making facilities. When the floodlights are on, the slope can also be wonderfully skied at night. Of course, after a long day of skiing, there are also various possibilities for refined après-ski. A toboggan run also promises plenty of fun.
