Location

The charming village of Fügen in the beautiful Zillertal impresses with its diverse possibilities. The traditional Fügen also offers cozy bars and an impressive mountain backdrop. In the Stadtgalerien Schwaz shopping center (approx. 19 km away), you'll find almost everything your heart desires. In addition, there are some interesting day trip destinations in the Fügen area waiting for your visit. Particularly recommended are Innsbruck (approx. 50 km away), Schloß Tratzberg, approx. 14.2 km away, or the local history museum and the Erlebnistherme Zillertal in the village. As soon as the first snowflakes fall, Fügen shows itself in winter splendor. Skiing, cross-country skiing, and snow biking are just a few of the activities you can do. The snow-covered landscape can be admired particularly well on a cozy carriage ride or on a ski tour. Tobogganing on the toboggan run is also great fun. The Hintertux Glacier is about 42.5 km away.

Facilities

The partially renovated in 2021, family-friendly Gartenhotel Crystal with 4 stars Superior offers, in addition to a total of 92 accommodation units, an inviting lobby with seating areas, a reception, a lounge, a wine cellar, an e-bike charging station, an e-car charging station, and drying rooms for hiking and cycling clothing. Be pampered culinarily in the breakfast room, the à la carte restaurant, another restaurant, and a Stüberl. You can end an eventful day of vacation in a convivial atmosphere at the hotel bar or at the public bar about 300 m away. A terrace and a garden are also available for relaxation. Cyclists can use the in-house bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
For your winter sports equipment in winter, a ski and snowboard storage room accessible from the hotel and a heated ski boot room with ski boot dryer are available.

The rooms (Blütentraum, approx. 24m²) have a flat-screen TV, telephone, radio, shower or bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a queensize bed (140x200cm). Occupancy: Min.: 2 adults. Max.: 2 adults (D).

Double room Type A (from Summer 26)

The rooms (Alpenveilchen, approx. 29m²) are similar in furnishings to the Blütentraum double rooms, but are slightly larger and some have a balcony (DA).

Suite

The comfortable "Zirbensuite" suites (S2, approx. 34 m²) have a flat-screen TV, telephone, radio, seating area, shower or bathtub, partially separate toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror, and some have a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a kingsize bed (140x200cm).

Family Suite (from Summer 26)

The family suites (Sonnenblumensuite, approx. 36m²) are similar in furnishings to the Zirbensuite, but offer a separate living area with a sofa bed and a sleeping area with a double bed (2FS).

Board begins on arrival day with dinner and ends on departure day with breakfast.
Welcome drink, daily breakfast buffet, daily afternoon snack from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM with cold and hot dishes, evening 5-course menu with salad buffet including vegetarian options and regional specialties, gluten-free products and diet cuisine available on request (advance booking required), free apples and seasonal fruit in the lounge.
Especially in winter: Christmas menu and New Year's Eve gala dinner with live music included.

Season Note

Especially in winter: Ski resort Ski Optimal-Hochzillertal: The winter sports area, especially popular with families, with its wide slopes extends to a snow-sure altitude and is suitable for winter sports enthusiasts of all ages. It has practice lifts for beginners, a race course, and various snowmaking facilities. With floodlights turned on, the slope can also be enjoyed at night. Of course, after a long day of skiing, there are also various options for après-ski. A toboggan run also promises a lot of fun.
