Location

The Berghotel Rudolfshütte enjoys a stunning location amidst the Hohe Tauern National Park in Salzburg, situated at an altitude of 2315 meters and surrounded by glaciers, lakes, and peaks. The area around the hotel is car-free and accessible via the Weissee-Gletscherbahn cable car in approximately 20 minutes (cable car included for arrivals and departures between 9-12 AM and 1-5 PM). The center of Uttendorf is about 18 km away (from the valley station of the cable car). Uttendorf/Weißsee is centrally located in the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region, between Kitzbühel and Zell am See/Kaprun. Discover the world of three-thousand-meter peaks! The well-known town of Zell am See is approximately 35 km away (from the valley station of the cable cars).
Especially in winter: The region offers fantastic ascents into a skiable area suitable for winter, and the area surrounding the hotel is particularly well-suited for snow descents.

The accommodation is a family-friendly 3-star mountain hotel with a rustic alpine hut atmosphere, offering a total of 63 rooms. Facilities include a reception area, lounge, panoramic restaurant, a self-service à la carte restaurant (open from 10 AM to 4:30 PM), a bar (open from 4 PM onwards), a safe (free at reception), a mountain cinema, and a drying room for hiking gear. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

Double Room Weißsee

The cozy double rooms (D, approx. 17 m²) are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes for adults (included; available at reception), a double bed, and satellite TV.

Family Room (Summer Only)

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, the family rooms are approximately 18 m² and feature bunk beds (DF2).

With approximately 21 m², these "Weißsee" family rooms offer more space and include a double bed and a bunk bed (2FA).

Family Room Granatspitz

The "Granatspitz" family rooms are approximately 24 m² and feature a double bed and a bunk bed. They are located in the adjacent building and are connected to the main building via a heated corridor (2FB).

Family Room Sonnblick

The "Sonnblick" family rooms (2FC, approx. 22-24 m²) feature a double bed and a bunk bed and are otherwise equipped similarly to the double rooms.

Includes the "Edelweiss Spa" with a panoramic indoor pool (11 x 5 m) offering beautiful views of the glacier world, open from 8 AM to 9 PM.
