The Berghotel Rudolfshütte enjoys a fantastic location amidst the Salzburg part of the Hohe Tauern National Park, at an altitude of 2315 m, surrounded by glaciers, lakes, and peaks. The area around the hotel is car-free and can be reached by the Weissee-Gletscherbahn cable car in approx. 20 minutes (cable car included for arrival and departure between 9 AM-12 PM and 1 PM-5 PM). The center of Uttendorf is approx. 18 km away (from the valley station of the cable car). Uttendorf/Weißsee is centrally located in the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern holiday region, between Kitzbühel and Zell am See/Kaprun. Discover the world of three-thousand-meter peaks! The well-known town of Zell am See is approx. 35 km away (from the valley station of the cable cars).
Especially in winter: The region offers fantastic ascents into a ski-friendly area, and the area around the hotel is particularly well-suited for descents in the snow.

The property is a family-friendly 3-star mountain hotel with a rustic hut atmosphere, offering a total of 63 rooms. Facilities include a reception area, lounge, panoramic restaurant, self-service à la carte restaurant (open from 10 AM-4:30 PM), a bar (open from 4 PM), hotel safe (included at the reception), mountain cinema, and a drying room for hiking equipment. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

The cozy double rooms (D, approx. 17 sqm) are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes for adults (included; available at reception), a double bed, and satellite TV.

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, the family rooms are approx. 18 sqm and feature bunk beds (DF2).

With approx. 21 sqm, these "Weißsee" family rooms offer more space and a double bed as well as a bunk bed (2FA).

The "Granatspitz" family rooms are approx. 24 sqm and feature a double bed and bunk beds. They are located in the annex building and connected to the main building by a heated corridor (2FB).
