Location

The exclusive and modern Tauern Spa Resort invites you to spend a holiday tailored to your wishes. The magnificent surrounding mountain landscape offers numerous opportunities to explore the beautiful Salzburger Land in both summer and winter, for example, on a family outing to the Maisflitzer summer toboggan run or for skiing fun with access to the Kitzsteinhorn cable car (approx. 1 km away). The nearby town center of Kaprun offers cafés, restaurants, and shops for strolling. Those seeking relaxation can enjoy pure wellness in the hotel's own 20,000m² thermal spa, "TauernSPA". Active holidaymakers can enjoy the Hohe Tauern National Park or the Zell am See region with its various cycling and hiking trails.

Facilities

The 4* resort consists of a main building and an annex building, with the two buildings connected above ground. The total of 160 rooms are modern and spacious, equipped with natural materials, and offer a fantastic view of the mountain panorama. Guests start the day with an extensive breakfast offering a wide selection, and in the evening, traditional and regional dishes are served for culinary enjoyment. The hotel also offers the à la carte restaurant "FinESSEN", another restaurant, the breakfast room, 2 parlors, and a hotel bar. For relaxation and unwinding, the thermal spa and wellness area offer a comprehensive range of saunas, pools, fitness facilities, as well as massages and beauty treatments.

These rooms are approx. 31m² in size and feature a comfortable double bed, desk, armchair, and a balcony. There is also a sofa for 1 person as an additional sleeping option. The bathroom offers a shower or bathtub and a separate toilet. Further amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, minibar & safe (possibly for a fee) (PDZ).

Double Room Panorama

With otherwise similar amenities and size to the Double Room Premium, Panorama Rooms feature a sleeping and living area with a sofa. The living and sleeping area is separated by steps (PAD).

Double Room Luxury 2 extra beds

With otherwise similar amenities, these rooms are larger (approx. 48m²) and offer a sofa bed for 2 people in addition to the double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub, separate toilet, and a double washbasin (Z2L).
