Location

The exclusive and modern Resort Tauern Spa invites you to spend a holiday exactly as you wish. The magnificent surrounding mountain landscape offers numerous opportunities in both summer and winter to explore the beautiful Salzburger Land, e.g., on a family trip to the Maisflitzer summer toboggan run or for skiing fun with access to the Kitzsteinhorn cable car (approx. 1 km away). The nearby town center of Kaprun offers cafes, restaurants, and shops for strolling. Those seeking relaxation can enjoy pure wellness in the hotel's own 20,000m² "TauernSPA" thermal spa. Active holidaymakers can enjoy the Hohe Tauern National Park or the Zell am See region with various cycling and hiking trails.

Facilities

The 4* resort consists of a main building and an annex, with the two buildings connected above ground. The total of 160 rooms are modern and spacious, furnished with natural materials, and offer a legendary view of the mountain panorama. In the morning, guests start the day well with an extensive breakfast featuring a large selection, while in the evening, traditional and regional dishes are served for culinary enjoyment. The hotel offers the à-la-carte restaurant "FinESSEN", another restaurant, a breakfast room, 2 "Stüberl" (small parlors), and a hotel bar. For relaxing and unwinding, the thermal spa area offers a comprehensive range of sauna and water worlds, fitness, as well as massages and beauty treatments.

Premium Double Room

These rooms are approx. 31m² in size and feature a comfortable double bed, desk, armchair, and a balcony. There is also a sofa for 1 person as an additional sleeping option. The bathroom offers a shower or bathtub and a separate toilet. Further features include TV, Wi-Fi, minibar & safe (may be for a fee) (PDZ).

Panorama Double Room

With otherwise similar equipment and size to the Premium Double Rooms, the Panorama rooms feature a sleeping & living area with a sofa. The living and sleeping area is separated by steps (PAD).

Luxury Double Room 2 extra beds

With otherwise similar facilities, these rooms are larger (approx. 48m²) and, in addition to the double bed, offer a sofa bed for 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub, separate toilet, and a double vanity (Z2L).
