A holiday by the lake or in the mountains – often, the decision isn't easy. At the wonderful Naturel Hoteldorf Schönleitn, guests can enjoy both. The hotel complex is ideally located on a sunny slope above Lake Faak in Carinthia. In this magnificent region, tranquility and relaxation meet a diverse range of leisure activities and a sociable village life. The nearest town center is Faak am See, approximately 2 km away. In Faak am See, guests will also find the nearest train station (approx. 2 km), and Klagenfurt hosts the nearest airport (approx. 50 km away). For a refreshing dip in the summer, the region's beautiful lakes, including Lake Faak and Lake Aichwald (approx. 1.2 km away), are ideal.

Facilities

The SCHÖNLEITN village features 24 traditional farmhouses, offering accommodation for 94 apartments. The houses, approximately 400 years old, have been lovingly restored with great attention to detail and furnished in a country house style. Within the farmhouses, guests will find everything needed for a cozy and independent holiday, while also enjoying the comfort of an on-site wellness area and a restaurant on the village square. The SCHÖNLEITN hotel village is car-free to ensure maximum safety for even the youngest guests. The love for the Carinthia region is also evident in the village hotel's restaurant, where predominantly products from selected local producers and suppliers are served. For guests who prefer to self-cater, the hotel offers a village shop, ensuring no one has to go without fresh bread rolls, milk, and eggs for breakfast.
