Just five minutes from the famous shopping street, Mariahilferstraße, and the Westbahnhof train station. You can reach the Wiener Stadthalle in two minutes. All of Vienna's sights are easily accessible by public transport. The picturesque "Spittelberg" district is also in the immediate vicinity. Schönbrunn Palace, for example, is not far away by bike, with a dedicated cycle path directly from the Boutique Hotel.

Since November 2009, the hotel has been the world's first city hotel with a zero-energy balance! The hotel with 81 rooms offers a 24-hour reception, elevator, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, a complimentary internet terminal in the lobby, luggage storage, and garage parking (reservation required; for a fee).
The extensive breakfast buffet, served in the garden during summer, ensures an active and enjoyable start to your day.
