Location

Only five minutes away from the famous shopping avenue, Mariahilfer Straße, and the Westbahnhof train station. You can reach the Wiener Stadthalle in two minutes. All of Vienna's sights can be reached in a short time via public transport. The picturesque "Spittelberg" district is also in the immediate vicinity. Schönbrunn Palace, for example, is not far away by bicycle, with a bike path located directly at the boutique hotel.

Since November 2009, the property has been the world's first city hotel with a zero-energy balance! The hotel features 81 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, lift, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, a free internet terminal in the lobby, luggage storage, and a garage space (reservation required; for a fee).
The rich buffet breakfast, served in the garden during summer, guarantees an active and lively start to the day.
In the evening, the garden, the cozy lobby, and the conservatory with bar service invite you to linger.

Located in the passive house or in the traditional part of the hotel facing Hackengasse.
The rooms are equipped with a modern bathroom, telephone, safe, satellite TV, and protected Wi-Fi. The textiles are from the "Returnity" series by Backhausen; these are pollutant-free fabrics from selected production.

Single room
