The beautiful holiday destination is located near the town of Budva and approx. 250 m from the beach. Restaurants and shopping facilities are also in the vicinity. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel. Tivat Airport is approx. 22 km away, Dubrovnik Airport approx. 72 km away, and Podgorica Airport approx. 65 km away.

The newly renovated hotel has 126 rooms spread over a building with nine floors. Facilities include a buffet restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop snack bar, swimming pool, and a library corner. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

Accommodation

Double room

The double rooms are approx. 30-31 m² in size, located on the 1st-8th floor and feature twin beds, a shower/WC, table with chairs, TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, and a French balcony (D/DA). For an extra charge, the rooms can be booked with partial sea view (DMS/AMS) or sea view (DM/DMA)—these are located on the 3rd floor.

Superior double room

The Superior rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms at approx. 38-41 m², are distributed over the 1st-8th floor, and in addition to the double room amenities, they feature a sofa (bed) as well as a French balcony or terrace and king or twin beds (DSU/DSI).

Family suite

The family suites are approx. 55-68 m² in size and are located on either the first or second floor. They are equipped with a living room including a sofa bed and two bedrooms (1 x king-size bed 2x2 m and 1 x queen-size bed 1.50x2 m). Further amenities include a bathroom with shower and separate bathtub, a terrace, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, minibar, safe, coffee and tea making facilities, air conditioning, bathrobe, and slippers (2FS/ASF). Also available with sea view for an extra charge (MFZ/TIF).

Junior suite

The 48-53 m² junior suites, located on the 1st-7th floor, offer even more space and have the same amenities as the Superior rooms (JS2/J2A). Also available with partial sea view for an extra charge—these are mostly located on the 3rd floor and above (J2S/JAS).

Single room

The approx. 29 m² single rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and are located on the 3rd-4th floor (E/EA).

Premium double room

The Premium rooms are distributed over the 1st-7th floor with 29-38 m² each, have the same amenities as the Superior rooms, and in addition have a balcony of approx. 3-12 m² (PDZ/P2A).

Double room Wellness (TIV032I)

The approx. 48-53 m² double room wellness units are located on the 1st-3rd floor and offer a sofa bed, king-size bed or single beds, TV, personalized check-in, bath/WC, and balcony (DWE/DWA). Also optionally available for single occupancy (DW1/EWA).
