Location

The beautiful holiday retreat is located near the town of Budva and approximately 250 m from the beach. Restaurants and shopping facilities are also in the vicinity. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel. Tivat Airport is approximately 22 km away, Dubrovnik Airport is approximately 72 km away, and Podgorica Airport is approximately 65 km away.

The newly renovated hotel has 126 rooms spread across a nine-story building. Facilities include a buffet restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop snack bar, swimming pool, and a library corner. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

Double Room

The double rooms are approximately 29-38 m² in size, are located on floors 1-8, and feature a shower/WC, table with chairs, TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, and partly a (French) balcony (D/DA). For an extra charge, the rooms can be booked with partial sea view (DMS/AMS) or with sea view (DM/DMA); these are located on the 3rd floor.

Double Room Superior

The superior rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms at approximately 38-41 m², are distributed over floors 1-8, and additionally feature a sofa (bed) (DSU/DSI).

Family Suite

The family suites are approximately 69 m² in size and are located on either the first or second floor. They are equipped with a living room including a sofa bed and two bedrooms (1 x King-size bed at 2x2 m and 1 x Queen-size bed at 1.50x2 m). Additional amenities include a bathroom with shower and separate bathtub, terrace, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, minibar, safe, coffee and tea making facilities, air conditioning, bathrobe, and slippers (2FS/ASF). Can also be booked with a sea view for an extra charge (MFZ/TIF).

Junior Suite

The 48-53 m² junior suites, located on floors 1-8, offer even more space and feature the same amenities as the superior rooms (JS2/J2A). Also bookable with a partial sea view for an extra charge – these are mostly on the 3rd floor and above (J2S/JAS).

Single Room

The approximately 29 m² single rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms and are located on floors 1-8 (E/EA).

Double Room Premium

The premium rooms are distributed over floors 1-7, each measuring 29-38 m², have the same amenities as the superior rooms, and additionally feature a balcony of approximately 3-12 m² (PDZ/P2A).

Double Room Wellness (TIV032I)

The approximately 48-53 m² double rooms Wellness are located on floors 1-3 and offer a sofa bed, kingsize bed or single beds, TV, personalized check-in, bath/WC, and balcony (DWE/DWA). Optionally also bookable for single occupancy (DW1/EWA).
