The beautiful holiday retreat is located near the town of Budva and approx. 250 m from the beach. Restaurants and shopping facilities are also in the vicinity. There is a bus stop directly at the hotel. Tivat airport is approx. 22 km away, Dubrovnik airport approx. 72 km away, and Podgorica airport approx. 65 km away.

The newly renovated hotel has 126 rooms spread over a nine-story building. Facilities include a buffet restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop snack bar, swimming pool, and a library corner. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

Accommodation

Double Room

The double rooms are approx. 30-31 m² in size, are located on the 1st-8th floors, and feature twin beds, a shower/WC, a table with chairs, TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, and a French balcony (D/DA). For an extra charge, the rooms can be booked with a side sea view (DMS/AMS) or with a sea view (DM/DMA); these are located on the 3rd floor.

Double Room Superior

The Superior rooms are slightly larger than the double rooms at approx. 38-41 m², are spread across the 1st-8th floors, and additionally feature a (sofa) bed as well as a French balcony or terrace, and king-size or twin beds (DSU/DSI).

Family Suite

The family suites are approx. 55-68 m² in size and are located on either the first or second floor. They are equipped with a living room including a sofa bed and two bedrooms (1 x king-size bed 2x2 m and 1 x queen-size bed 1.50x2 m). Further amenities include a bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub, a terrace, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, minibar, safe, coffee and tea making facilities, air conditioning, bathrobe, and slippers (2FS/ASF). Can also be booked with a sea view for an extra charge (MFZ/TIF).

Junior Suite

The 48-53 m² junior suites, located on the 1st-7th floors, offer slightly more space and feature the same amenities as the Superior rooms (JS2/J2A). Also available with a side sea view for an extra charge—these are usually located on the 3rd floor and above (J2S/JAS).

Single Room

The approx. 29 m² single rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms and are located on the 3rd-4th floors (E/EA).

Double Room Premium

The Premium rooms are spread over the 1st-7th floors, each 29-38 m² in size, have the same amenities as the Superior rooms, and in addition feature a balcony of approx. 3-12 m² (PDZ/P2A).

Double Room Wellness (TIV032I)

The approx. 48-53 m² Double Room Wellness are located on the 1st-3rd floors and offer a sofa bed, king-size bed or single beds, TV, personalized check-in, bath/WC, and balcony (DWE/DWA). Optionally also available for single occupancy (DW1/EWA).
