This lovely holiday accommodation is located near the town of Budva and approx. 250 m from the beach. Restaurants and shops are also nearby. Opposite the hotel, there is a bus stop. Tivat Airport is approx. 22 km away, Dubrovnik Airport approx. 72 km and Podgorica Airport approx. 65 km away.

The newly renovated hotel has 126 rooms spread across a nine-story building. Facilities include a buffet restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop snack bar, swimming pool, and a reading corner. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

Double room

The double rooms are approx. 29-38 m² in size, located on the 1st-8th floor, and feature a shower/WC, table with chairs, TV, safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, and in some cases a (French) balcony (D/DA). Double rooms with side sea view (DMS/AMS) or sea view (DM/DMA) can be booked at an additional charge – these are located on the 3rd floor.

Double room Superior

The Superior rooms, at approx. 38-41 m², are slightly larger than the double rooms, spread across the 1st-8th floor, and in addition to the double room amenities, feature a sofa bed (DSU/DSI).
(Also bookable under TIVA03 as DSU/DSI or optionally as a single Executive room (EXE), which resembles a Superior double room).

Family Suite

The family suites are approx. 69 m² and are located on either the first or second floor. They are equipped with a living area including a sofa bed and two bedrooms (1 x King-size bed 2x2 m and 1 x Queen-size bed 1.50x2 m). Further amenities include a bathroom with a shower and a separate bathtub, a terrace, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, minibar, safe, coffee and tea making facilities, air conditioning, bathrobe, and slippers (2FS/ASF). Suites with sea view are also bookable at an additional charge (MFZ/TIF).

Junior Suite

The 48-53 m² junior suites, located on the 1st-8th floor, offer even more space and have the same amenities as the Superior rooms (JS2/J2A). They can also be booked at an additional charge with a side sea view – these are usually on the 3rd floor and above (J2S/JAS).

Single room

The approx. 29 m² single rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and are located on the 1st-8th floor (E/EA).

Double room Premium

The Premium rooms, each 29-38 m², are located on the 1st-7th floor, have the same amenities as the Superior rooms, and also feature a balcony of approx. 3-12 m² (PDZ/P2A).
