The "SIRO Boka Place" hotel is located at Porto Montenegro in Tivat, approximately 4 km from Tivat Airport and about 50 km from Dubrovnik Airport. Newly opened in 2025, the "SIRO Boka Place" hotel features 240 rooms and apartments, an air-conditioned outdoor pool with a retractable roof, and many diverse fitness options. During their stay, all guests have the opportunity to visit the Fitness Lab at any time and enjoy complimentary access to the wellness area, lap pool, and the Experience Box. Furthermore, they can book appointments for body analysis, personal training sessions, or nutritional counseling (for a fee). All rooms are soundproofed and feature noise-reducing designs for quiet and restful sleep. The rooms are climate-controlled, and cooling, temperature-regulated mattresses facilitate temperature management. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with a stall bar (wall bars) and a closet containing a yoga mat and accessories for stretching (e.g., resistance bands), workouts, and post-workout recovery. The main restaurant, SIRO Table, offers regional cuisine featuring many local and organic products. Additionally, there is a rooftop bar, SIRO Social, with views of Porto Montenegro and the Bay of Kotor, as well as the Refuel Bar for snacks and smoothies. The modern amphitheater, The Collective, provides space for a co-working area.
