The hotel "SIRO Boka Place", newly opened in 2025, features 240 rooms and apartments, an air-conditioned outdoor pool with a retractable roof, and a wide range of fitness facilities. All guests have the opportunity to visit the Fitness Lab at any time during their stay, with free access to the wellness area, the lap pool, and the Experience Box. Additionally, they can book appointments for body analysis, personal training sessions, or nutritional counseling (for a fee). All rooms are soundproofed and feature noise-reduced spaces for a quiet and restful sleep. The rooms are also controllable via a temperature regulation system, and cooling, temperature-controlled mattresses facilitate thermoregulation. Furthermore, all rooms are equipped with a pull-up bar and a wardrobe containing a yoga mat and accessories for stretching exercises (e.g., resistance bands), workouts, and post-workout recovery. The main restaurant, SIRO Table, offers regional cuisine with many local and organic products. Additionally, there is the SIRO Social rooftop bar with views of Porto Montenegro and the Bay of Kotor, as well as the Refuel Bar for snacks and smoothies. The modern amphitheater, The Collective, provides a co-working space.

In addition to the same amenities as the one-bedroom apartment, this apartment (approx. 80 m²) features an additional bedroom (2 King-size beds or 1 King & 1 Twin-size bed).

SIRO Apartment 3 Bedrooms

The largest apartment (approx. 130 m²) offers the same amenities as the other apartments but features 3 bedrooms (1 King-size bed & 2 Twin-size beds).

SIRO Studio Apartment
