Location

The Falkensteiner Club Funimation Borik hotel is located directly on Borik Beach, a sandy beach with sun umbrellas and sun loungers available (for a fee). It is approx. 4 km to the tourist center of Zadar with its shopping facilities; a supermarket can be reached after approx. 200 m. The town of Zemunik is about 12 km away and a bus stop is just approx. 400 m away.

Facilities

The 2-story club complex (4 floors in the Barbara wing), which was last partially renovated in 2025 (Novi Park wing was renovated), has 258 rooms spread across a main building and an annex. It is equipped with a 24-hour reception, a lobby, 3 elevators, air conditioning, a shop, free parking, and currency exchange facilities. A climate-controlled restaurant and a snack bar (snack bar only with All Inclusive) provide for guests' culinary needs. Wi-Fi is available to hotel guests free of charge. Sun umbrellas are available free of charge at the pool. Sun umbrellas and sun loungers are available at the beach for a fee.

Accommodation

Comfort Double Room

The Comfort double rooms are approx. 17-25 m² and are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, air conditioning, TV, safe, telephone, Wi-Fi, and some have a balcony (DKO).

Superior Double Room Sea Side

These rooms have similar equipment and size as the Comfort double rooms and are located on the sea side with a balcony (SMS).

Family Room

The family rooms have the same facilities as the double rooms, with an additional sofa bed or bunk bed for children (subject to availability, no separate bedroom). These rooms do not have a balcony (DF2).

Comfort Family Room Type A

With similar equipment to the double rooms, these are approx. 25-29 m² and offer a double bed plus a sofa bed for two children (2FA).

Comfort Family Room

The Comfort family rooms (approx. 25-27 m²) have the same features as the Comfort double rooms and include a children's area separated by a curtain (not in all rooms) with a wall bed or sofa bed, as well as a balcony (FK). Also bookable as a Comfort family room on the sea side with balcony (FZK).

Superior Family Room

The Superior family rooms (approx. 33 m²) have the same features as the Comfort family rooms and include a sleeping area for children separated by a door with wall beds, as well as a balcony (F2U). Also bookable as a Superior family room on the sea side with balcony (FUZ).

Superior Family Suite

The Superior family suite, approx. 38-41 m², offers a fantastic view and is located on the top floor and at the building corners of the hotel. With the same features as the family rooms, they have a room with a double bed and a children's area with a wall bed, as well as a balcony (2FF).

Deluxe Family Room

The cozy and spacious Deluxe family rooms, approx. 40-44 m², have a visually separated sleeping area for two children (max. height 160 cm) with a bunk bed (2DF).

Deluxe Family Suite

The Deluxe family suites, approx. 46 m², offer space for up to 5 people. They have a separate sleeping area for parents, a living area with a sofa bed, and a separate sleeping area (not separated by a door) for children with a bunk bed (max. height 160 cm). These have a balcony (LY2).
