Location

The Falkensteiner Club Funimation Borik hotel is located directly on Borik Beach, a sandy beach with sunshades and sun loungers available (for a fee). The tourist center of Zadar with shopping facilities is about 4 km away, and a supermarket can be reached in about 200 m. The town of Zemunik is around 12 km away and a bus stop is only about 400 m away.

Facilities

The club complex, last partially renovated in 2025 (Novi Park wing was renovated), has 258 rooms spread across a main building and a secondary building. It is equipped with a 24-hour reception, a lobby, 3 elevators, air conditioning, a shop, free parking, and a currency exchange facility. A air-conditioned restaurant and a snack bar (snack bar only with All Inclusive) cater to culinary needs. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for hotel guests. Sunshades are available free of charge by the pool. Sunshades and sun loungers are available on the beach for a fee.

Double Room Comfort

The Double Rooms Comfort are approx. 17-25 m² in size and equipped with a double bed or two single beds, air conditioning, TV, safe, telephone, Wi-Fi and a balcony (DKO).

Double Room Superior Sea View

These rooms have similar amenities and size as the Double Rooms Comfort, are sea-facing with a balcony (SMS).

Family Room

The Family Rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, plus a sofa bed or bunk bed for the children (subject to availability, no separate bedroom). These rooms do not have a balcony (DF2).

Family Room Comfort Type A

With similar amenities to the double rooms, approx. 25-29 m² in size, they offer a sofa bed for two children in addition to the double bed (2FA).

Family Room Comfort

The Family Rooms Comfort (approx. 25-27 m²) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Comfort, with a children's area separated by a curtain (not in all rooms) with a pull-down bed or sofa bed, and a balcony (FK). Also bookable as Family Room Comfort sea-facing with balcony (FZK).

Family Room Superior

The Family Rooms Superior (approx. 33 m²) have the same amenities as the Family Rooms Comfort, with a separate sleeping area for children with bunk beds, separated by a door, and a balcony (F2U). Also bookable as Family Room Superior sea-facing with balcony (FUZ).

Family Suite Superior

The Family Suites Superior approx. 38-41 m² offer a fantastic view and are located on the top floor and at the corners of the hotel. They have the same amenities as the Family Rooms, with a room with a double bed and a children's area with a pull-down bed, and a balcony (2FF).

Family Room Deluxe

The cozy and spacious Family Rooms Deluxe approx. 40-44 m² have a visually separated sleeping area for two children (max. height 160 cm) with bunk beds (2DF).

Family Suite Deluxe

The Family Suites Deluxe approx. 46 m² offer space for up to 5 people. They have a separate sleeping area for parents, a living area with a sofa bed, and a separate sleeping area (not separated by a door) for children with bunk beds (max. height 160 cm). These have a balcony (LY2).
