Location

The family-friendly Sol Garden Istra Hotel is located about 250 m from the sea on the Istrian peninsula. The center of Umag with its historic buildings is only 3 km away. Other cities worth visiting include Pula (approx. 87 km) or Porec (approx. 45 km). The nearest beach, a private sand/rock/pebble beach, is about 300 m away. The tourist center is about 5 km away. A supermarket, bars, and restaurants are located approximately 300 m away. For mobility during your holiday, there is a car rental service, a taxi stand (approx. 100 m), and a bus stop. The airport (PUY) is about 85 km away.

Facilities

The resort hotel, last renovated in 2026, has a total of 293 rooms. It offers its guests a 24-hour reception (check-in from 2 PM, check-out until 10 AM), a lobby with a bar, a total of 4 elevators, air conditioning, a safe (free of charge), a newsstand, other shops, parking (for a fee), and a currency exchange facility. For culinary delights, there are 3 restaurants and a snack bar, as well as a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available to hotel guests free of charge. The outdoor area of the hotel with a water park and waterslide includes 4 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool (open from June to September). Sunshades and sun loungers are available here free of charge. Refreshing drinks can be enjoyed at the poolside bar.

The Classic Park View rooms, approximately 30 m², feature satellite TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, air conditioning/heating, balcony, bathroom with bathtub/toilet, and hairdryer (D/DA/D1K/D1G).

Classic Double Room

The Classic Double Rooms are also located on the park side and offer a balcony, twin beds, a bathroom with shower, TV, desk, and air conditioning (approx. 28m², CC2).

Premium Sea Side

With otherwise similar amenities, these rooms are more spacious and located on the sea side (MSP/PSK). Optionally available on the pool side upon request (P2I).

Designed with a modern style and in warm colors, these family rooms offer a beautiful park view and are equipped with a balcony, double bed, and sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower (DF2).

Family Room Superior Poolside

Similar in amenities and design to the other family rooms, the Mediterranean-designed Superior Family Rooms have a balcony facing the pool (FUP).

All Inclusive KIDS

Promotion from July 17 to September 11, 2026, when booking half board: Exclusively for children between 4-11 years old, they receive a wristband upon arrival at the hotel and can use the All Inclusive KIDS offer at no extra charge. Children aged 12 and 13 can use the offer for a fee. This includes:
* Lunch from 1 PM to 3 PM
* Soft drinks and water from 12 PM to 5 PM
* Afternoon ice cream offer for one hour (time depends on the season)
* The offer is located in a separate area in the Entertainment Center or in the main restaurant
* Only for children with a visible AI KIDS wristband

Sports included

The 1,000 m² wellness center offers a spa with Finnish sauna, Turkish sauna, bio sauna, whirlpool, and relaxation area for a fee. In the beauty zone, there are massages and cosmetic treatments available (for a fee).
