Location

The family-friendly Sol Garden Istra Hotel is located about 250 m from the sea on the Istrian peninsula. The town center of Umag with its historic buildings is only 3 km away. Other towns worth seeing are Pula (approx. 87 km) or Porec (approx. 45 km). The nearest beach, a private sand/rock/pebble beach, is about 300 m away. The tourist center is about 5 km away. A supermarket, bars, and restaurants are located about 300 m away. For mobility on vacation, there is a car rental, as well as a taxi stand (approx. 100 m) and a bus stop. The airport (PUY) is about 85 km away.

Facilities

The resort hotel, last renovated in 2026, has a total of 293 rooms. It offers its guests a 24-hour reception (check-in from 2 PM, check-out until 10 AM), a lobby with a bar, a total of 4 elevators, air conditioning, a safe (free of charge), a kiosk, other shops, parking (for a fee), and a currency exchange facility. The culinary needs are catered for by 3 restaurants and a snack bar, as well as a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available to hotel guests free of charge. The outdoor area of the hotel with a water park and waterslide includes 4 fresh water pools with a separate children's pool (open from June to September). Sun umbrellas and sun loungers are available here free of charge. Refreshing drinks can be enjoyed directly at the pool bar.

The Classic rooms facing the park, with approx. 30 m², feature satellite TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, air conditioning/heating, balcony, bathroom with bathtub/toilet and hairdryer (D/DA/D1K/D1G).

Classic Double Room

The Classic double rooms are also located on the park side and offer a balcony, twin beds, a bathroom with shower, TV, desk, and air conditioning (approx. 28m², CC2).

Premium Sea Side

With otherwise similar amenities, these rooms are more spacious and located on the sea side (MSP/PSK). Optionally bookable on the pool side upon request (P2I).

Premium Family Room (on request)

2 Premium Sea Side double rooms with a connecting door, ideal for families (PF2). Optionally bookable on the pool side (2FA).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites offer a separate bedroom, living/sleeping area, bath/toilet, air conditioning, TV, telephone, hairdryer, and balcony (approx. 52m², JS2).

Similar in amenities and design to the other family rooms, the Mediterranean-styled Superior Family Rooms have a balcony facing the pool (FUP).

Promotion from July 17th to September 11th, 2026, when booking Half Board: Exclusively for children aged 4-11, they receive a bracelet upon arrival at the hotel and can use the All Inclusive KIDS offer at no extra charge. Children aged 12 and 13 can use the offer for a fee. This includes:
* Lunch from 1 PM to 3 PM
* Soft drinks and water from 12 PM to 5 PM
* Afternoon ice cream offer for one hour (time depends on season)
* The offer can be found in a separate area in the Entertainment Center or in the main restaurant
* Only for children with a visible AI KIDS bracelet
