Surrounded by a park with mature trees on the Opatija Riviera, the Hotel Excelsior Lovran is located directly on the Adriatic coast. The hotel is also situated right in the center of Lovran on the promenade and by the sea.

The hotel features 176 rooms spread across 10 floors, serviced by three elevators. Amenities include an air-conditioned lobby with a reception, a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, a pizzeria, a cocktail bar, a TV lounge, Wi-Fi (free throughout the hotel), an indoor and an outdoor seawater pool with a children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and on the hotel's private beach section (subject to availability).

Family Room Interconnecting

The interconnecting family rooms consist of two bedrooms with twin beds and two bathrooms with bathtubs. They also feature a balcony and similar amenities to the double rooms (approx. 53m², CI2).

Family Room (on request)

Similar to the interconnecting family rooms, the standard family room consists of only one room with one bathroom (DF2).

Superior Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious (DSU/1DS). They can also be booked with a sea view at an additional charge (DMU/UKM).

Superior Single Room Sea View

These rooms are slightly smaller than the Superior Double Rooms with Sea View, but have otherwise identical amenities (EMU).

Both breakfast and dinner are served as a buffet.

Sports included

(subject to availability): Fitness room, bicycle rental with accessories (knee pads, cycling helmet) and Nordic walking poles. Yoga, stretching, jogging, aqua aerobics, and Pilates.

Sports for a fee

(subject to availability): Sports fields and various water sports offered by third-party providers (seasonal).

Children's program

Daytime and evening entertainment for children, a mini-club for children aged 4-12, and a teen club for ages 13-17. There is also a children's playroom, a children's corner in the hotel restaurant (high chairs available upon request), and a children's pool.

Wellness

The sauna center (2 Finnish saunas and a Turkish bath), relaxation area, and indoor pool with a heated seawater pool can be used free of charge. Massages and treatments at the "Five Elements Wellness & Spa" are available for a fee.

Entertainment

Kvarner dinner with live music, Mediterranean dinner on Tuesdays, and entertainment on Fridays (June 1st - September 1st, Wednesday-Sunday, except Saturday). Evening music and occasional evening programs 3 times a week (entertainment June 15th - September 1st). Baby set (free of charge and subject to availability): crib, baby bathtub, and baby monitor.
