Location

Surrounded by a tree-lined park on the Opatija Riviera, Hotel Excelsior Lovran is situated directly on the Adriatic coast. The hotel is also located right in the center of Lovran on the coastal promenade and by the sea.

The hotel has 176 rooms spread over 10 floors and three lifts. Facilities include the air-conditioned lobby with reception, the main restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant, pizzeria, cocktail bar, TV lounge, Wi-Fi (free throughout the hotel), and an indoor and outdoor seawater pool with a children's pool. Sun loungers and parasols are included both by the pool and on the hotel's own beach section (subject to availability).

Family Room Interconnecting

The family rooms with connecting doors consist of two bedrooms with twin beds and two bathrooms with a bathtub. There is also a balcony and amenities similar to the double rooms (approx. 53m², CI2).

Family Room (on request)

Similar to the connecting family rooms, the standard family room consists of just one room with a bathroom (DF2).

Superior Double Room

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious (DSU/1DS). Also bookable with sea view for an additional charge (DMU/UKM).

Single Room Superior Sea View

These are slightly smaller than the Superior Sea View double rooms, but otherwise have the same facilities (EMU).

Sports included

(subject to availability): Fitness room, bicycle rental with accessories (knee pads, bicycle helmet), and Nordic walking poles. Yoga, stretching, jogging, water aerobics, and Pilates.

(subject to availability): Sports courts as well as various water sports options provided by third-party suppliers (seasonal).

Children's program

Daily animation as well as evening program for children, kids' club for children aged 4-12, and teens' club for ages 13-17. In addition, a children's playroom, a kids' corner in the hotel restaurant (high chairs subject to availability), and a children's pool are offered.

Wellness

The sauna center (2x Finnish sauna and Turkish bath), relaxation zone, and indoor pool with heated seawater are free to use. Massages and treatments in the "Five Elements Wellness & Spa" are available for a fee.

Entertainment

Kvarner dinner with live music, Mediterranean dinner on Tuesdays, animation on Fridays (1.06-1.09, Wednesday-Sunday, excluding Saturday). Evening music and occasional evening entertainment 3 times a week (animation 15.6.-1.9.). Baby set (no extra charge and subject to availability): cot, baby bathtub, and baby monitor.
