Surrounded by a leafy park on the Opatija Riviera, the Hotel Excelsior Lovran is located directly on the Adriatic coast. The hotel is also located directly in the center of Lovran on the promenade and by the sea.

The hotel has 176 rooms on 10 floors with three elevators. Facilities include the air-conditioned lobby with reception, the main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, pizzeria, cocktail bar, TV lounge, Wi-Fi (free throughout the hotel), indoor and outdoor pool with seawater and a children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas (subject to availability) are included both by the pool and on the hotel's own stretch of beach.

Family Room Interconnecting

The family rooms with connecting doors consist of two bedrooms with twin beds and two bathrooms with bathtubs. There is also a balcony and similar features to the double rooms (approx. 53m², CI2).

Family Room (on request)

Similar to the family rooms interconnecting, the standard family room consists of only one room with one bathroom (DF2).

Superior Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, slightly more spacious (DSU/1DS). Can also be booked with sea view for an extra charge (DMU/UKM).

Superior Single Room Sea View

These are slightly smaller than the Superior Double Rooms Sea View, with otherwise identical amenities (EMU).

Both breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style.

Included Sports

(Subject to availability): fitness room, bicycle rental with accessories (knee pads, bicycle helmet) and Nordic walking poles. Yoga, stretching, jogging, aqua aerobics and Pilates.

Children's Program

Daytime and evening entertainment for children, mini-club for children aged 4-12 and teen club for ages 13-17. There is also a children's playroom, a children's corner in the hotel restaurant (high chairs available), and a children's pool.

Wellness

The sauna center (2 Finnish saunas and Turkish bath), relaxation area and indoor pool with heated seawater are available free of charge. Massages and treatments at the "Five Elements Wellness & Spa" are subject to a fee.
