Located in the middle of the beautiful green inland of Istria, between Pula and Rovinj, you will find the high-quality and exclusive Meneghetti Wine Hotel with an adjoining winery. Wine lovers and connoisseurs will definitely get their money's worth here. The coast is about 4 km away, and an excursion to the historic cities of Pula (approx. 30 km) or Rovinj (approx. 20 km) is worthwhile. There is a connection to Pula Airport (PUY, approx. 30 km).

Facilities

The luxurious estate with history and tradition has a total of 61 accommodation options, from cozy double rooms to small residences, suites, and villas, which are furnished in styles ranging from traditional to elegant. Typical winery architecture blends with modern and high-class design, giving the complex a comfortable and sophisticated ambiance. Delicious dishes of fine Istrian and Mediterranean cuisine are served to guests in the "Meneghetti" or "Oliveto" restaurants. For a nightcap in a relaxed atmosphere, the new "Meneghetti Beach Club" or the cozy lobby bar are available. The highlight of the accommodation is the adjoining wine and olive growing area. Double Room Classic

The cozy rooms for two people radiate a Mediterranean ambiance and offer a comfortable king-size bed as well as a bathroom with shower/WC, as well as coffee/tea making facilities and a minibar (possibly for a fee) (approx. 23m², DO).

Double Room Type A Vintage

The vintage rooms have a rustic, country style and are a bit more spacious with sleeping accommodation for an additional person. Otherwise, the amenities are similar to the classic double rooms (approx. 42m², DA).

Double Room Superior

The superior rooms are modernly furnished with simple design elements and are also suitable for two people. Amenities include a king-size bed, a stylish bathroom with shower/WC, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a minibar (for a fee) (approx. 28m², DSU).

Residence Private Pool

The contemporary residence is particularly suitable for families and groups and consists of a small house that exudes comfort, elegance, and privacy. It features a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower/WC and a separate toilet, and a loft-style living area. This residence also includes a balcony and a private pool, surrounded by lush, beautiful gardens. The design of the residence ranges from modern to traditional Istrian style. (approx. 75m², FH).

Residence Garden+Pool

With otherwise similar amenities and size to the Residence Private Pool, this accommodation does not have a balcony. However, it offers a beautiful private garden with a pool (FHB).

Residence Garden Side

These beautiful, Mediterranean-designed residences are also similar in furnishings and size to the other residences, but they do not have a private pool, only a lovely outdoor garden area (FHC).

Residence Vineyard View

The highlight of this residence is its prime location overlooking the vineyards, offering a stunning view of the surrounding wine region. The size and amenities are similar to the Residence Garden Side (4VI).

Residence 2 Bedrooms

The bright and modern residences with a garden area are equipped with two bedrooms (each with a king-size bed) and two bathrooms (each with a bathtub or shower/WC) as well as a separate toilet, a spacious living/dining area, and a beautiful outdoor terrace with seating (approx. 150m², R2H).

Residence 2 Bedrooms Garden+Pool

In addition to the same comfortable amenities as the Residence 2 Bedrooms, this residence also features a private pool with loungers, providing wonderful refreshment on warm days (H22).

Suite Type A Vintage

The vintage suites are furnished similarly to the vintage double rooms in a country style with typical Mediterranean elements and offer similar amenities to the Executive Suite. The bathroom has either a bathtub or a shower/WC, the combined living/sleeping area, and the terrace offers a beautiful view of the olive groves (approx. 65m², SA).

Executive Suite

The spacious and elegant executive suites feature a king-size bed, a modern bathroom with shower/WC, a separate living area with a desk and TV, and a spacious balcony overlooking the wine region and the pool (approx. 65m², ES2).

Villa Private Pool

Guests booking this category will be accommodated in either Villa "La Alta" or "La Bassa," with allocation by the local hotelier. The villas are spread over a single ground floor and offer a more modern style than the residences, featuring a bedroom with a king-size bed, a spacious interior with a living area, and a private garden with a pool. The main bathroom is very generously sized with a shower/WC and two sinks, and there is also an additional separate toilet (approx. 100m², 2IO).

Villa 3 Bedrooms Private Pool

For groups or families, the high-class "Il Capo Meneghetti" villas are recommended. They extend over two floors and are equipped with 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a total of 3 bathrooms and separate WCs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious private garden with a private pool (approx. 225m², V32).
