Vintage Double Room Type A
The Vintage Rooms have a rustic, country style and are slightly more spacious with sleeping accommodation for an additional person. Otherwise, the amenities are similar to the classic double rooms (approx. 42m², DA).
Superior Double Room
The Superior Rooms are modernly furnished with simple design elements and are also suitable for two people. Amenities include a king-size bed, a stylish bathroom with shower/toilet, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and minibar (for a fee) (approx. 28m², DSU).
Residence Private Pool
The contemporary residence is especially suitable for families and groups and consists of a small house that radiates comfort, elegance, and privacy. It features a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower/toilet and a separate toilet, and a loft-style living area. This residence also includes a balcony and a private pool, surrounded by a lush, beautiful garden. The residence's design ranges from modern to traditional Istrian style. (approx. 75m², FH).
Residence Garden+Pool
With otherwise similar amenities and size to the Residence Private Pool, this accommodation does not have a balcony. However, it offers a beautiful private garden area with a pool (FHB).
Residence Garden Side
These beautiful, Mediterranean-styled residences are also similar in furnishings and size to the other residences, but they do not offer a private pool, only a nice garden area outdoors (FHC).
Residence Vineyard View
The highlight of this residence is its prime location overlooking the vineyards, offering a stunning view of the surrounding wine region. The size and amenities are similar to the Residence Garden Side (4VI).
Residence 2 Bedrooms
The bright and modern residences with a garden area are equipped with two bedrooms (each with a king-size bed) and two bathrooms (each with a bathtub or shower/toilet), as well as a separate toilet, a spacious living/dining area, and a beautiful outdoor terrace with seating (approx. 150m², R2H).
Residence 2 Bedrooms Garden+Pool
In addition to the same comfortable amenities as the Residence 2 Bedrooms, this residence also features a private pool with loungers, providing a wonderful cool-down on warm days (H22).
Vintage Suite Type A
The Vintage Suites are furnished in a rustic style with typical Mediterranean elements, similar to the Vintage Double Rooms, and offer amenities similar to the Executive Suite. The bathroom has either a bathtub or a shower/toilet, the living/sleeping area is combined, and the terrace offers a beautiful view of the olive groves (approx. 65m², SA).
Executive Suite
The spacious and elegant Executive Suites feature a king-size bed, a modern bathroom with shower/toilet, a separate living area with a desk and TV, and a generous balcony overlooking the winery and the pool (approx. 65m², ES2).
Villa Private Pool
Guests booking this category will be accommodated either in Villa "La Alta" or "La Bassa," with allocation determined by the local hotelier. The villas are on one level and offer a more modern style than the residences, featuring a bedroom with a king-size bed, a spacious interior with a living area, and a private garden with a pool. The main bathroom is very spacious with shower/toilet and two sinks, and there is also an additional separate toilet (approx. 100m², 2IO).
Villa 3 Bedrooms Private Pool
For groups or families, the high-quality "Il Capo Meneghetti" villas are recommended. They span two floors and are equipped with 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a total of 3 bathrooms and separate toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious private garden with a private pool (approx. 225m², V32).
